  • In the first chapter of my Self-Confidence made Simple book (the 7 Secrets of Supreme Self-Esteem for Women who want to live fulfilling, purposeful and prosperous Lives (Fabriqué en France Book 1), my book Embracing Change – in 10 minutes a day (Simple Strategies, Smart Suggestions and Insight-giving Stories Fabriqué en France Book 3) and in my Banish Burnout online retreat, you will find practical suggestions about how to take care of yourself. Reading these suggestions is a good start but to benefit, you will have to apply them to have an impact on your life.

I have structured the suggestions so that they are easy to apply, but if you want a bit more guidance and support, I would like to invite you to attend one of my Meditation with Horses retreats here in the south of France. Through equine-assisted experiential learning, my horses will help you to put the principles discussed in the book into practice.

Accept yourself. Love yourself as you are. Your finest work, your best movements, your joy, peace, and healing come when you love yourself. You give a great gift to the world when you do that. You give others permission to do the same: to love themselves. Revel in self-love. Roll in it. Bask in it as you would in the sunshine.  Melodie Beattie.
