Esprit Meraki’s Mandala Colouring Book

For Adults.

A colouring book for adults?

Yes, I was rather sceptical too, until I noticed how many of my retreat guests here in the south of France bring their own colouring books, their drawing pads, or their watercolour paints. During the retreats, I have a wide variety of colouring books on the table, and I invite guests to colour one or more pages and leave them in the book as a gift for future guests to enjoy. I didn’t want my online retreat guests to miss out, so I created a colouring book that they can download and colour to their heart’s content because:

Colouring can have several benefits for adults, including:

Stress relief: Colouring can help you to reduce stress by allowing the brain to focus on the present moment and to stop fretting about the past or future.

Mood lifting: Colouring can have a positive effect on your mood by stimulating the release of endorphins, which are natural chemicals that can increase feelings of contentedness.

Increased creativity: Engaging in creative activities like colouring can help to stimulate the brain, make you more creative and improve your problem-solving skills.

Enhanced mindfulness: Coloring can be a form of mindfulness practice, helping us to stay present and focused on the task at hand.

Improved fine motor skills: Coloring requires the use of fine motor skills, which can improve hand-eye coordination and dexterity.

Social connection: Coloring can be a social activity that fosters connection and a sense of community, particularly when done in groups or classes.

Overall, colouring offers numerous benefits. I hope you’ll enjoy Esprit Meraki’s free Mandala Colouring book and that you’ll subscribe to my Savoir Vivre Vignettes Mailing List so I can let you know of last-minute or early-bird special offers on my retreats.
