Montagu Membership Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 20 June 2025

Welcome to the Radical Renaissance Inner Circle (the “Membership” or “Service”), owned and operated by Dr Margaretha Montagu (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before subscribing. By joining, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership Overview

The Radical Renaissance Circle is a tiered subscription-based membership. Access varies by tier: Apprentice, Artisan, Master, and Grandmaster.

2. Eligibility and Account Creation

You must be at least 18 years old to join
By enrolling, you affirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
Each membership is for individual use only and may not be shared with others
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion

3. Membership Tiers and Billing

Each tier offers different features and access levels as described on our website
Your subscription will auto-renew monthly or annually, depending on your selection, until cancelled
You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis
Prices may change; you will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any increase for existing members
Failed payments may result in the suspension of access until the payment is resolved
You are responsible for keeping payment information current and valid
All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account portal or by contacting us directly
Access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused content
No pro-rated refunds will be given for cancellation mid-cycle
Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of documented technical issues preventing access or extraordinary circumstances
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider, your account may be suspended pending resolution

5. Content Access and Usage

All digital content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only
You may not share, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any material without express written consent
Content may be updated, modified, or removed at any time without notice
We do not guarantee the continuous availability of all content
Downloaded content (where permitted) is subject to the same usage restrictions

6. Coaching and Live Sessions

Live events and 1:1 coaching (where included) are time-limited, non-transferable, and subject to availability
Appointments must be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice or may be forfeited
We reserve the right to reschedule live sessions due to unforeseen circumstances
Coaching sessions are not therapy or medical treatment
We may record sessions for quality assurance; you will be notified beforehand
Missed appointments due to technical issues on our end will be rescheduled at no charge

7. Community Guidelines and Conduct

To maintain a respectful, uplifting environment:

Treat fellow members with kindness, dignity, and confidentiality
Respect privacy and do not share personal information of other members
Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, trolling, or unauthorised self-promotion is strictly prohibited
Do not share copyrighted material or spam
Commercial solicitation of other members is not permitted
We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content
We reserve the right to remove members who violate community guidelines without a refund
Repeated violations may result in a permanent ban from all services

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (text, graphics, audio, video, workbooks, etc.) are the intellectual property of [Your Name or Business Name] and protected under copyright and other intellectual property laws
Membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use content for personal purposes only
You retain ownership of any content you create and share within the community
By sharing content in community areas, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use, display, and distribute such content within the membership

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us; please review our Privacy Policy
We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy
We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security
You consent to communications from us regarding your membership
We may use aggregate, non-personally identifiable data for business purposes

10. Technical Requirements and Support

You are responsible for ensuring you have compatible devices and internet access
We provide reasonable technical support but cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices
Service interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical issues
We are not liable for issues caused by your internet service provider or device malfunctions

11. Disclaimer of Results and Medical Disclaimer

While our tools and guidance are designed to foster personal growth, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes
Results vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and other factors beyond our control
This membership is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice
Consult appropriate professionals for specific health, legal, or financial concerns
If you have mental health concerns, please consult a qualified mental health professional
We are not licensed therapists, doctors, or financial advisors

12. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation, use of content, or reliance on membership materials
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the 12 months preceding the claim
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your membership immediately for violation of these Terms
Upon termination, your right to access content ceases immediately
Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination
We may discontinue the service entirely with 30 days notice to members

15. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in France
You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits
If arbitration is not enforceable, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France

16. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time
Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms
If you don’t agree to changes, you may cancel your membership before they take effect

17. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us
No oral modifications or representations are binding

18. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your membership without our written consent
We may assign these Terms and your membership to another entity without your consent

20. Acknowledgement

By joining the Radical Renaissance Inner Circle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You also acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice regarding these Terms.
