What is NOT included in Our Retreats?

At our retreats, we focus on providing you with a relaxing but transformational experience, free from distractions and unnecessary extras. To help set clear expectations, here’s a list of what is not included in our retreats.

Do you feel uber-stressed, overwhelmed and exhausted? Do you feel mentally and physically drained and unable to cope with the never-ending and ever-increasing demands made of you? Escape to a little French farm, surrounded by horse paddocks on the edge of an ancient forest where you can rest, relax and recharge your batteries during a transformational From Troubled to Triumphant retreat.

  • Transport costs from/to local airports and from/to the airport to the retreat (direct transfers from airports or local train stations are available but should be booked well in advance)
  • Two evening meals in a local restaurant – we eat in a family-owned restaurant to stimulate the economic growth of the region post-COVID – cost 15-30 euros pp, depending on your choices
  • Alcoholic drinks, as we do not have a licence, but you are very welcome to bring a bottle to the dinner table
  • Visa costs
  • Gratuities
  • Laundy Service
  • Personal health insurance and/or travel insurance (insurance cover is mandatory)
  • Rigid shedules Our retreats are structured, but not rigidly scheduled. We don’t believe in packing your day with back-to-back activities. Instead, you’ll have apmle free time to rest, relax, reflect and recharge your batteries. And there’s no pressure to take part in any of the activities.
  • A tech-heavy environments We encourage disconnecting from your devices. Wi-Fi is available for emergencies, but the emphasis is on unplugging from the digital world and reconnecting with yourself, the natural surroundings, and others on the retreat.
  • Overcrowded groups We believe in small, intimate group sizes to ensure each participant receives personal attention and space for reflection. You won’t be lost in a crowd, and the environment will always feel calm and focused, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience.

By understanding what is not included, you can focus on what truly matters: getting through your life transition in one piece!

What additional add-on options are available?

  • One or more bien-être massages, for additional pampering, you can book a massage bien-être, out on the lawn, or on your own terrace, and give yourself over to Sarah’s magical hands, while the lavender bushes dispense 100% natural aromatherapy (subject to availability)
