Adapted Miracle Question Worksheet
This worksheet is designed to help you identify the tangible, immediate signs of your future self’s emergence, complementing Exercise 1.2 of the Future Storytelling Method.
Purpose: To identify the tangible, immediate signs that your future self has emerged.
Instructions:
Identify First Signs: Write down at least 3-5 specific, observable first signs. These should be small, everyday occurrences that would be different if your future self were fully present. Avoid grand, abstract statements. Think about your morning routine, your interactions, your internal state.
Your First Signs:
*Example: I’d wake up before my alarm feeling refreshed and eager to start the day.
*Example: I’d respond calmly to a challenging email instead of feeling anxious.
*Example: I’d find myself effortlessly focusing on a task I usually procrastinate on.

Future-Oriented Values Clarification Worksheet
This worksheet will help you align your core values with your future self, ensuring your aspirations are deeply meaningful.
Purpose: To align your core values with your future self, ensuring your aspirations are deeply meaningful.
Instructions:
- Review Your Vision: Look back at your Future Self Manifesting Journal entry and your Adapted Miracle Question signs. What qualities, principles, or beliefs are evident in your future self?
2. Identify Core Values: Consider the following questions and list 5-7 core values that your future self embodies and lives by:
•What is most important to your future self?
•What principles guide your future self’s decisions and actions?
•What does your future self stand for?
•When your future self is at their best, what values are they expressing? (Examples: Authenticity, Courage, Compassion, Creativity, Growth, Freedom, Contribution, Integrity, Resilience, Joy, Wisdom, Connection)
3. Define Your Values: For each value, write a brief definition in your own words. How does this value manifest in the life of your future self? For example, if your value is ‘Courage,’ you might define it as ‘My future self acts in alignment with my truth, even when it’s uncomfortable or challenging, and inspires others to do the same.’
