Terms and Conditions of Use

of the Post-Crisis Reconstruction Protocols

1. Agreement to Terms

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use (“TOU”) carefully. By purchasing, enrolling in, or using each Post-Crisis Reconstruction Protocol (“the Program”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these TOU. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Program.

The Program is provided by Dr Margaretha Montagu’s Post-Crisis Reconstruction Protocols, based in France (“the Company,” “we,” “us”).

2. Program Overview

As part of this Program, you will receive:

  • Access to course materials, which may include videos, audio files, written content, and exercises.
  • Option to participate in live mentoring sessions to support your learning.

This Program does not grant any certification or license to teach, resell, or redistribute the materials.

3. Eligibility

The Program is intended for individuals 18 years or older. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Payment and Refunds

All purchases are processed through PayHip and Stripe. Please refer to PayHip’s and Stripe’s terms and refund policies as they govern all transactions. The Company is not responsible for payment processing or refunds.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

a. Ownership

All Program content—including text, video, audio, worksheets, designs, graphics, and any other materials (“the Content”)—remains the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and is protected by French, European, and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

b. License for Personal Use Only

Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Program for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, reproduce, distribute, display, or make the Program or Content available to any third party.
  • Republish or adapt the materials in any format, including creating derivative works.
  • Use the Program or Content to create or contribute to AI training datasets, machine learning models, or any AI-generated derivative works.
  • Use the materials in any way that generates income or benefits for others.

Any unauthorised use constitutes a breach of these TOU and may result in legal action.

c. AI-Specific Restrictions

You may not:

  • Upload, input, or otherwise provide any proprietary content from the Program into any artificial intelligence tool, software, or platform (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Bard, or similar).
  • Use AI-generated content derived from the Program to create new courses, books, coaching programs, templates, or any other products or services for sale or distribution.

Violation of this clause may result in the immediate termination of your access to the Program and may lead to legal consequences.

d. Request for Permissions

If you wish to use any of the Program’s content beyond personal use, you must request and receive written permission from the Company.

6. Mentoring Sessions

Mentoring sessions offered as part of the Program are to support your learning. By participating, you agree to:

  • Act respectfully towards the facilitator and eventual other participants.
  • Abstain from sharing session content publicly without written permission.

The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from mentoring sessions or the Program without refund if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

7. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Use the Program for lawful purposes only.
  • Not attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Program’s functionality.
  • Not share login details or grant unauthorised access to others.

8. Confidentiality

The Company is not legally obligated to keep your information confidential. However, you are prohibited from sharing any sensitive information discussed in mentoring sessions outside those sessions.

9. Security

You acknowledge that electronic communications carry inherent security risks. The Company cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted online and is not responsible for any data interception or unauthorised access beyond its reasonable control.

10. Disclaimers

  • The Program provides educational and informational content only. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
  • No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, earnings, or results from participation in the Program.
  • The Program is not a substitute for professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Company disclaims any liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Program.
  • If any liability is found, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Program.

12. Legal Jurisdiction

These TOU are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

13. Force Majeure

The Company is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or internet outages.

14. Modifications

The Company may update these TOU at any time. Continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
